Hervey Bay is perfect to go to Fraser Island, also there are awesome Campsite's and Beaches. On the north site there is a long beautiful beach to swim and walk, you will also find a lot of shells. On the East- Side there is the harbour where every day leaves a several ferries to Fraser Island.

From mid July till late November you can see the very big Humpback Whales!
